Straterra is growing, and we're looking for driven Project Managers to help lead our geotechnical engineering, environmental, and construction consulting projects within our operating footprint.

What you'll do:
- Manage project scope, schedule, and budget from kickoff to closeout
- Serve as a client resource, building long-term relationships
- Coordinate field, lab, and engineering teams to deliver quality results
- Mentor junior staff and support business development in your market
- Have fun working directly with our team!
What we're looking for:
- The right attitude! We're hiring someone that wants to hustle, work in a great team environment, and love doing it!
- Experience in geotechnical engineering and earthwork consulting.
- Strong communication and client-management skills
- PE license a plus
- Based in or willing to relocate to Birmingham
- Be able to travel periodically for work as needs arise outside of the home office location
